The Meandr Process.

No matter how big or small the project, the way we work with you will look something like this:

Imagine It.

Nobody knows your business better than you do, so our first job is always to listen. In this design phase we start by asking the right questions, so that you can define a clear vision of what success looks like for you. We’ll immerse ourselves in your business so that we can understand first-hand your unique challenges and requirements, and we’ll spend time talking, planning, and reviewing together with you.

Throughout we’ll use our Salesforce platform knowledge and experience in business analysis to design a solution that meets your needs – and leaves room to grow! At the end of this part of the process we’ll present you with some clear plans for how the next steps will play out.

Create It.

Now it’s time to give those ideas some form. Using an iterative approach, we’ll start to construct the automations and functionality that were imagined. As we continue on this second “building” part of our journey (or the development phase) you’ll have the opportunity to test, review, and maybe even change your mind – because that’s how real life works. For our part, we’ll make sure that we keep those channels of communication open, clear and simple, so that you always know what to expect and how we’re tracking.

Deploy It.

This is the culmination of our journey: it’s ready. All we’ve built will be launched out into the world. We’ll work with you to make sure everything is running smoothly and train up (excite) your users, then decide on the big date and put it live. After that, we can keep you company for as long as you like to provide support and ongoing maintenance. Who knows? We might even decide to start imagining again.
